4 VILLA
The design principles of the 4 Villa, located on the sloping land overlooking the natural green landscape of Gümüştepe, were based on the fact that each villa has its own private social living space. By taking advantage of the plot’s elevation, the blocks were lifted through the view to engage with the rural environment continuously. Contrary to what is common, the basement floors can be accessed from the outside in order to integrate into their surroundings.
