DOWNTOWN
Downtown, located on Bursa Osmangazi, Yunuseli, in a project area of 458,222 m²; has been designed as mixed-used buildings consisting of 16 blocks, 8 of which are building complexes, 3 of residences, and 1 of home offices and the others are offices, hotel, shopping mall, horizontal offices and museum. While the block layout of the houses was made, the perspectives of each house were prevented from being interrupted by other housing blocks and the perception of blockage was tried to be destroyed. It was aimed to integrate the street and square concept with shopping, culture and recreation functions and transform into a “City Square” as an innovative perspective, unlike the introverted designs that have been on the agenda recently.
