TT HOTEL AND CONGRESS CENTER
The project area is located in Nilufer and next to the Ihsaniye metro station on the Bursa-Mudanya road. The building, which was designed as a hotel and congress center on the parcel allocated as a tourism area, was designed to create a symbolic structure that will contribute to the vision of Bursa. The mass perception of 3 and 5 star hotels is differentiated not only by height but also by color perception. In the moduler facade system, the closing and opening ratios of the rooms are planned to maximize the heat and light balance. The height ratios between the heights of the lower floor, where the common areas are concentrated and the room floors have emerged as a facade problem in the hotel structure. This balance is provided by a structural carrier which is a continuation of the anodized facade system that punctuates the building.
