VİLLA ÇAMLICA
Villa Camlica is a set of buildings on a land area of 15000 m2 located in Gumustepe. Villa Camlica has public areas such as indoor swimming pool, social facility and gym. The source of its name is the pine trees around it. The project area is located at the summit of the region with a magnificent natural structure and view. For this reason, the architectural fiction is design an integrated structure with the land. Landscaping, sun direction and view angles are designed to make maximum use of the green area. The car parks are located underground so that there is more green space on the ground.
